Today I cooked up a very simple Italian meal. I made baked pasta shells with mince beef and spinach topped with melted cheese followed by a side salad.
Ingredients:
- Half a packet of large pasta shells
- One packet of mince beef
- One packet of spinach
- One bottle of Pasta sauce
- Grated cheddar cheese
Method:
1. Boil pasta shells until soft
2. Fry the mince beef in a little oil until browned and add pasta sauce. Put in the spinach and stir until cooked.
3. Pour the mince and sauce over the pasta and mix well.
4. Put in a baking dish and top it with cheese.
5. Bake in oven at 200°c for 15mins. Side salad - Crispy lettuce leaves, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, avocado, coleslaw, crabsticks, peppers, cheese and slices of fried chorizo |
